Introduce yourself-
=With respect, a very good morning to you sir/madam. First of all I would like to thank you to provide me such a big platform to introduce myself, its really a big opportunity for me.
My name is yenki. My native place is Karimnagar.
Right now I'm in the final year of B-Tech in Mechanical engineering in IIT. I done my schooling with 84% in Karimnagar.My family consists of 5 members including me. My father and my mother both are daily wage labours. And also I Have one younger brother and one younger sister.
My hobbies are writing poem in Telugu.
My strengths are positive thinking, and keep my surroundings smile and move free with friends.
My weakness are I thrust persons very easily and also get emotional. I will feel uncomfortable until I completed my work within the time.
My short term goal is to get a hob in good company like yours. My long term goal is to the my long term goal is to the higher position of this company by applying my hard work and dedicated to the job.

Strengths:
Once I decide to do something, I put all my efforts to do in that. So you can say that I am a determined person.
I am adaptive.Hard working and positive.I am always eager to learn new things which could upgrade my knowledge.
Weakness:
My strength is also my weakness as I am adaptive, I get attached to things easily and its become difficult for me when I have to leave.
As I am a determined person, sometimes I ignore my health and persons who are close to me.

why should i hire you-

I have a curiosity to learn new things to take myself one step forward which I think will become an advantage for the company when I would implement that for the growth of the organization. And why should you hire me it is because I am hardworking plus smart working and always ready to accept the challenges in my life, And I think I'm not the person who can decide that I am the best, So I would say I may not be the best but I will give my best. Best in every aspect.

As I am a fresher I don't have any experience as of now. But experience comes from work. So if I am given an opportunity I would enhance my technical skills and put all my knowledge for the future development of the company. Also its a great pleasure for me to work for an esteemed organization like yours.

why u want to join us-
=I am a fresher. I want a platform to put my innovative ideas. I always want to show uniqueness in my work. So, as a fresher it is very helpful to improve knowledge, experience and skills in the part of company's growth. This is the place where I can satisfy with my work and do the best participation of company's success.

=I want to work in a platform where I can prove my self, utilize my knowledge and to acquire more knowledge and feel comfortable. This is the place where I can get it. And I am sure that my contribution will be the part of company's growth.

differentiate b/w confidence & over confidence-

=Having an attitude that I can do this work is "confidence" but having a notion that only I can do it is "over confidence". There is a very thin line separating confidence and over confidence. A confident person reaches to a great height and an over confident person falls from a great height.

=I can do this with my abilities and skills,this is my confidence.
but no one can do that except me that will be over confidence.

=Confidence comes with learning & experience but overconfidence stops learning.

 =There is a very thin line between confidence and over-confidence.
Confidence means a person has the ability and efficiency to do the work and believes that he can do it.
But over-confidence is when he believes that no one can do things better except him but in reality he fails to do it.

=Confidence means "I can do this", and over confidence means "I only can do this". With confidence a man can lead anything but with overconfidence he can't do anything.

hard work vs smart work-

=Hard work + Creativity = Smart Work.
Hard work gives experience. This on combination with smart ideas results in Smart work.
=A person who can't work hard can never be a smart worker.

=Sir, I think smart work comes after the hard work if you work hard then you will get experience and after getting experience you can do that work in a smart manner. So i think smart work is a part of hard work or we can say behind every smart work, hard work is there.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

=I can't work in nights and weekends because I want balance in my personal and professional life but if any situation arise where company needs my services then I will be there for company at any time.

=Ofcourse no one will like to work at nights & on weekends. But when it's required I can definitely do it. Just as I study till late night during exams.

Give me an example of your creativity.

=Creativity means doing things differently but in a right way. I think we all are creative, as we all have gone through alot towards our carrier and finally choose a specific field. All this comes under creativity.

=In my 10 std my brother throw the floppies outside and I just collected that all and stick by using fevistick around the sides of it and I make a pen stand a I gifted it to my brother in his b'day,

This is my example of creativity. :-).

What are your outside interests?
=My outside interest is playing cricket & chess because cricket makes my health better and chess makes my brain active.

=My outside interest is playing chess. It teaches me that how to handle the critical situation. It improves our confidence level not only the game to get the success but also to our life.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

=According to me success is a comma (,) but not a full stop (. ).

=Success is self satisfaction.It is a state of mind when you feel that you have achieved what you intended for.It needs not to be big acomplishments even small things which give small time of happiness is success for everybody.it is the JOURNEY not a PLACE where you can stay. You have to move further for the GROWTH.

Have you considered starting your own business?

=Being a Fresher, I don't have any idea about it.
Also, before being a Good Businessman, you have to be good Employee.
At present, I just want to improve my skills and experience in the field of Working. Later, considering my financial Conditions, market status,etc., I'll think about it.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?

=To be frank, Most of the people are being inspired by some great personalities or their parents, but in my case it's something else. i'm inspired by the "ocean waves", because it raises again after its downfall, which teaches me that failure is just the begining of success.

=My inspirations are my own mistakes and experiences of my day to day life. They help me to become more and more perfect day by day and to withstand difficulties in life.

TWO things always inspire me.

1) my parents efforts &.

2) my passion & love towards my profession.

What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?

=Any decision depends on situation, taking correct decision at a situation is the toughest job, and the decision taken should be beneficial.

=Toughest decision I had to make was between continuing my studies or doing job. Finally I choosed to do job and want to make use of my skill, talent ad qualification to become more experienced and knowledgeable.

If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?

=Yes sir surely i will work. Lottery shows my luck while Job will give me respect and prestige.

=Of course sir, I will still continue to work because wining or loosing a lottery is a matter of fate but working as an employee here is a matter of achievement which I have earned out of my hard work. And I never give up hard work for fate.

=Definitely I will work because work is nothing but satisfaction of our ability. And also money come from one way and goes from other way but my work is the lifetime lottery that I never want to miss.

How much salary do you expect?

=Sir, Everyone is working for salary because for surviving in the world money is most important thing. But being a fresher now i have given first opportunity for my working experiance so thier is no issue of salary expectance but i have confident about your salary package which will you offer to me. this will good and fullfill for my survival..

=As far as about salary concern, I think it doesn't matter for a fresher. When I will be in your company I will get lots of practical knowledge. But the salary should be much enough so that I able to live in a new city without any economical problems.

=As I'm a fresher, my concentration is to enhance my knowledge & apply it for company growth. Obviously good salary is a motivational thing. So it would be great if you only tell me the salary range for this position.

=Salary of course, is the biggest factor that matters, but at this stage, I am a fresher so I just need a gateway to show my skills with my hard work and my knowledge. So, whatever be offered to me would be acceptable. But I know the offered salary will fulfill my all the requirements and will force me to put my best.
